      Order Policy

      Payment – All payments must be made in full before production begins on any item(s)
      Custom Orders – Because each order is made just for you, all custom items are non-refundable
      Sizing – Apparel items cannot be refunded or exchanged if the incorrect size is ordered. Please double-check your size before purchasing
      Pricing – Prices vary depending on size, design detail, materials used, and material availability
      Processing Time – Please allow 5–7 business days for completion after payment has been received
      Shipping – Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. All packages are insured. The Way of Gigi, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If damage occurs, please take photos and file a claim with the shipping provider. We are happy to assist if needed
      Rush Orders – Rush processing is available for an additional fee. If you need your order sooner than our standard processing time, please let us know when placing your order. Rush fees are based on size, quantity, and materials required
